I just accepted that it has been five years since I last saw my daughter in the flesh. I can instantly replay her walking out the door dressed head to toe in items from my closet. She hadn't planned on spending the day but she did and left from my house to meet up with her cousin. The next day I spoke to Randie briefly and later that day I received a frantic call from the cousin she was just with...something happened to Randie she said. And since that moment five years ago...life shifted. I am learning to live in the knowledge that my daughter is with me...in spirit. I haven't fully accepted that yet...
